Working for a very successful company, you will be responsible for the strategic and day to day management of the department. Managing a team of operatives ensuring maximum contact activity throughout the team against specified customer and product initiatives and the achievement of agreed targets and objectives. Working with the Sales and Marketing teams the Telesales manager is responsible for the implementation of a number of campaigns, to manage them to a successful conclusion, including the construction of scripts and briefing notes and data-mining activity using the company CRM database.
Your responsibilities are set out below
Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify appropriate telesales/telemarketing campaigns that support respective activity from the point of concept to conclusion
Effective scheduling and campaign allocation (including the data form the company CRM) will be key to the success of this role along with an ability to manage and motivate whilst leading by example
Develop and train team members based on experience and proven track record
To identify sales and marketing opportunities and show the ability to match product features and benefits in order to implement and execute highly effective campaigns
To achieve agreed sales/sales marketing targets in line with KPI's
To maintain the database and systems processes and provide feedback as appropriate
To respond efficiently to all leads and customer requests
Produce weekly / monthly reporting that reflects the activity undertaken, feedback from the market and performance compared with agreed KPI's
Create and maintain department processes and procedures, documentation and archive
Attend and represent Telesales/ Telemarketing at meetings as appropriate

As an events co-ordinator you will be working with the wedding planners and the events department, part of your duties will include selling and arranging functions as well as supporting the department with admin and the day to day running of the office
You will be required to act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and supply all relevant requested information
